The Mayan Calendar and other Prophecies on the Future of Humanity

We are living in times that were prophesized long ago, in multiple traditions, as the tumultuous winds of change. These are not easy times, but they are exciting times, because they offer an opportunity to make deep structural changes in how we think and how we live.

After centuries of ignoring the wisdom of our ancestors, this is the time of the return of wisdom. An important goal of this conference is to literally remind people of the perennial wisdom that still exists on this planet, so that this wisdom may help better prepare us for the changes that lie ahead. This conference will also be an extraordinary vehicle for creating new ways of being through intersecting wisdoms from multiple traditions, and to incorporate new ways of conference presentation, including dialogue circle and group construction of knowledge.

As we enter 2012, people of all traditions and orientations are sensing change on multiple levels. This is being felt personally, culturally, and even on planetary and larger dimensions. A number of prophecies, Indigenous and other, speak to these changes.
